1. Put in totals column on right hand side of spreadsheet. 2. Use "sub-total" instead of "total" for each expense section. For example, "marketing sub-total", "G+A sub-total". 3. Create a "Total Expenses" row from all these sub-totals. 4. Subtract "Total Expenses" from "Revenues" for "Profit/(Loss)" row at bottom. Remember to have the total year P/(L) cell at the bottom of the totals column at the right and match it to the total P/(L) from summing all the cells in this last row.
